1. Remove the SWEATGUARD™ (if there is a sweat-guard push on center pins, then remove the outer pins).

2. Carefully take out the existing lens, by placing the left hand on the top (B) and the right hand on the bottom (C) of the glass (forefingers on the inside and thumbs on the outside). Pull apart slowly from the center of the glass and push the lens gently with the forefingers, pop goes the lens.

3. Remove the lens. Repeat for the other side. You're half way there... IMPORTANT: Do not apply any pressure on the nose bridge only.

1. Placing the left hand on the top (B) and the right hand on the bottom (C) of the glass (forefingers on the inside and thumbs on the outside). Pull the frame apart, one side at a time, slowly from the center of the glass and push the lens gently into the lens groove on the side of the glass (1) closest to the temple arm (A). Make sure that the lens fits into the groove (2).

2. Pop the lens into place (3), next to the nose piece (D), gently with the thumbs. You will hear an audible click to confirm the fit.

3. Inspect to see that there are no gaps in between the lens and frame.

4. Replace the sweat-guard, if there is one, by inserting outer pins first, then center pins to the top of the nose area.

5. Clean the lenses with your Zeal micro-fiber soft carrying case.

*IMPORTANT: Do not apply any pressure on the nose bridge only.

On the inside portion of the lens apply an anti fog solution, basic dish or body soap. Buff dry with the inside of your Zeal micro-fiber carrying case.

Use warm water and soap to clean the lens. Do not use windex or any other glass cleaner on the lenses.

The Slipstream and the Jetstream are performance eyewear that have been designed to interchange every component on the piece. To remove the shield lens, start by holding the glass firmly with the right or left hand. With the thumb on top of the sweatguard or in the nose pad area place the other hand on the temple side and slide out the temple horizontally. Firmly pull straight out without twisting the temple side to side --twisting will damage the lens over time. Repeat the steps for the other side of the lens.

Remove the nose pad by compressing the sides of the silicon towards the center. Remove the Sweatguard by pulling straight up from the lens with you thumb and index fingers.

To replace the lens start by putting the nose pad groove into the corresponding notch on the lens.
Affix the sweatguard by pressing the slotted sweatguard over the top of the lens, making sure that the center pin fits into the hole in the lens.
Place the temple into the slot and gently slide the temple horizontally into place. Give it a firm push. You should hear a *click*.
Make sure that the lens is seated properly by confirming that the lens fits snug up to the temple frame and the pin on the temple is aligned with the hole in the lens.

Pinch the sweatguard pad and peel it straight back . You can wear the Slipstream with or without the sweatguard pad.

Start by holding the frame firmly with the right or left hand.
Place your forefinger behind the nose bridge for support (1). With your thumb on the edge of the lens assembly, closest to the nose bridge, push the lens assembly inward and release lens assembly from frame (2). (This method works for Aqua, Land and sunglass lens options)

Utilize both hands, one holding the frame and other the lens assembly. From the inside of the frame closest to the temple, insert the lens assembly into the corresponding groove.
With forefinger and thumbs, gently pull outer frame around the lens assembly as you insert toward the nose area of the frame.
Finally, with both forefingers to the bottom side of the lens assembly and thumbs to the top, push on the top of the frame and you'll hear an audible *CLICK* when the lens assembly pops into fixed position in the frame (3).

To attach: from the inside of the temple pass the nylon cord through the holes at the end of the temple (4). Then pull the cord through the round plastic locking cord lock. Leave loose until the SWAP-i.t. is in place on your face. Tighten the cord lock so the Z-RETAINER is comfortably in place.

When fitting onto your face, roll the silicon back around nose area to ensure a softer fit and seal around your nose. The SWAP-I.T. Aqua Goggle/Sunglass comes with an anti-fog solution. This must be applied before using-- Land or Water. If you do experience fogging, while wearing, push on the center of the nose bridge a few times. Essentially you are "pumping" air flow around your eyes, decreasing moisture.

Place your hands on the top and bottom of the goggle frame -
From the center pull up and down (1)

Place both sides of the lens into the goggle (2)
Work lens towards the center. Make sure the lens seats properly into the frame groove w/ lens tabs (3)
Gently squeeze the nose and the top of the goggle together (4)

Place the buckle hinge on the goggle post (1).
Snap on the hinge and pull back to engage the buckle clasp (2).
Twist the buckle hinge to confirm attachment to the frame.

It is simple, if your Zeal eyewear broke as the result of an accident (they were sat on) or natural disaster ( dog chewed them up) or something like that, then Zeal Optics' CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM is the fix your Zeal's need. If they broke for no explainable reason, it is possible that they are eligible for replacement under Zeal Optics NO CHARGE Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturer defective breakage.

Q. Are Zeal Optics Rx lenses shatterproof and UV protective?
A. Yes, our polycarbonate Rx lenses are custom made to your prescription and offer the same shatterproof and UV protection as our non-rx (plano) lenses.

Q. Can I get Zeal Optics exclusive ZB-13 lens color in my Zeal Rx?
A. Yes, we can color match to the ZB-13 color we offer in our non-Rx lenses. If you want an exact match, select ZB-13 #3 tint on your order form.

Q. I don't see a lens material option that I want. Can you quote a special material and lens color request?
A. Yes, just give us a call at 888-454-9325 with your request and we can get you a quote within 24 hours.

Q. Do you process insurance claims to my insurance company?
A. No, but most of our Zeal Rx customers can do so easily, direct with their insurance provider by sending them a copy of their Zeal Optics receipt and any claim form the insurance company requires.

Q. What if my Zeal Rx is correct to my prescription, but I feel like I can't adjust to the Rx?
A. For most of us, it is our first time to wear a sport wrap with a prescription. It can take from several hours to several days to adjust to a sport wrap prescription. Common feelings during adjustment may be a headache and/or feeling like looking through a fishbowl. We recommend that you gradually use your Zeal Rx until you feel comfortable wearing them full time. You should not participate in sport activities with your Zeal Rx until you feel comfortable wearing them. If the Rx was made to your correct prescription, but you can not adjust to wearing them comfortably, you can return the frame and rx for a full refund on the frame and 50% refund on full retail price of the Rx lens, within 60 days from purchase date.
